I wish I had read these BEFORE I purchased my 2013 Chevy Avalanche! First off, I wouldn't call this place a dealership! You walk in, the carpet is all lifted and doesn't fit properly, the furniture/desks i Avalanche! First off, I wouldn't call this place a dealership! You walk in, the carpet is all lifted and doesn't fit properly, the furniture/desks in there are like they came out of a junk yard, there were all these other people hanging around just sitting there hanging with the so called "workers" and it smelled like they constantly were smoking weed in there! I believe in being comfortable at work, but these guys didn't look like they even worked there! VERY unprofessional! Do that stuff on your own time! They say they have a "service" department when you call there, but they don't even have one! I paid a good amount of money for a truck that is NOT what was described online! FALSE ADVERTISING! I drove over an hour everytime I had to go there! When I brought my truck in for service, they said that they take it to a shop down the street. The heated steering wheel doesn't work, my a/c is messed up, my check engine light was on and the SERVICE SUSPENSION SYSTEM indicator was on. I had to keep calling them to see what was up with it. The last time I called, Kevin said it was ready. Oh, by the way, the "loaner" car they let me use was a piece of s--t and smelled like weed. This is the car they used to run errands! I get down there and the heated steering wheel still doesn't work, the SERVICE SUSPENSION SYSTEM alert was still on, Kevin said the code probably hadn't cleared out yet (ya, right), my a/c is still messed up, and the check engine light came on while I was driving home! My bet is that they never even took it down the street! It probably sat in the lot the whole time! It didn't pass inspection so I couldn't even get a STICKER! They DO sneak in gap insurance without telling you. Justin, the supposed "finance" department is such a shady guy! When I was talking to my insurance company they asked if I got gap ins through the "dealership". I told them they never asked or said anything about it, but when I looked, they had charged me and extra $700+ for gap insurance!! I've NEVER had gap insurance on my vehicles! My insurance company said they charge $20/year for gap insurance! I called Justin to have him remove it asap! They never fixed my car as promised. I bought the extended warranty, which now I'm learning is probably bogus! I think it's time to go to Channel 5 investigates so no one else gets scammed by these IDIOTS and SCAMMERS!!!! This place SUCKS!!!!! More

Was not planning on buying a new car until mine was hit and totaled. I was crushed. I loved my car and all the comfort and convenience features. After having 4 vehicle purchases that were fantastic and super easy, I was due for a rough one. I was on the hunt for a month. I knew what I wanted and I was determined to get it until I began wanting to give up with the market being so high right now. All the nice features were now outside my budget and I was super discouraged and sad about this whole ordeal….until I came across a car that had everything I wanted and for a great price. I sent in an inquiry and received a call, email, and text from Apollon within a half hour. I scheduled a test drive and I knew this was meant for me. Above all of that, Apollon, Kevin, and Justin were super friendly and fun to spend time with while making this purchase. After a month of despair, and almost giving up for a while, I have to say I am so glad I found this dealership. They were all so helpful and I felt well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend xDrive Motors and Apollon and the rest of the team for a great car buying experience. Thank you guys so much for ending this nightmare in a positive note for me.
