I went to Ray Catena to meet with Ravi about the Smart Car. He gave me all the facts and did not pull any punches. What I liked most was that he wants to make a deal and works with you to do so. I wanted a SMART CAR. I looked at another dealer who treated me well. However they didn't have the selection I found at Ray Catena. PLUS I was blown away at the sales rep, Allyson Gutman. She REALLY went out of her way to help me with the choice I made. She sells cars that cost 5 times what I paid and could fit in the trunk of some too. BUT the price didn't seem to matter if it was a Benz or Smart - she was a pro. She even introduced me to the service department - and I could ask them about what service I could look forward to. I drive a BMW (love it) i've owned MB . I'm over 65 and have purchased cars before. Ray Catena does an outstanding job. Quickly and with no pressure. I 'll deal with them again. More
