I purchased a vehicle from the Pensacola, Florida Location. Its not listed so I will use this platform as its still the same company. Its possibly the worst decision I have ever made. Its also the worst customer service I have experienced in any business in any purchase I have ever made. I was told the vehicle had been inspected by there certified mechanic and everything was ok. I purchased the vehicle and drove it 230 miles to my home. Once arriving I noticed a very large oil leak. I took it to a mechanic in my home town and he said this vehicle should not have been sold or driven away as it was not safe with this type of leak. The car had no oil left in it and is now undriveable until this problem is fixed. I was told to drive it back to them but it probably wouldn't be covered by the warranty even though its still under warranty. Insurance wont cover the tow, and the IGOTCARS will not pay for the tow. It is now sitting waiting on a solution as I am also waiting for someone to reach out to me from IGOTCARS with some answers. After texting with someone from there company I was finally sent the 75 point inspection only to see 4 of the items including, the oil leak, spare tire missing, tires were worn out, and brakes worn out all had "passed" inspection even though I never received a copy of this report before purchase as I was told it was in great shape. I later learned the salesman told me the inspection probably never happened and it was just given to the detailer to clean. Which after seeing the car brought up on a rack that it had layers of mud and dirt all over the bottom of the engine and car. Its pretty simple to me that if you visit one of these locations you should be very aware of there practices and know if something does go wrong you will not be contacted or helped. Best practice would be to just stay away. More
