Highly recommended IDrive and working with Braden. My wife and I came and test drove a truck and loved it. I spoke with Braden over the phone that night and wanted to make sure I could secure the truck. He went above and beyond to get the truck secured for me. I signed all the documents over email and was able to put my downpayment done over phone as well. Well, my procedure was done Tuesday and Braden brought the truck up to me the day after to make sure I didn't need to make the trip to Orem! I've never heard of a salesman do that before. The entire process was so easy. Highly recommend Drive and if you need a good person to work with, Braden is who l'd go with. He's got my business in the future. Purchase was simple and dealer negotiated fairly and with very little pressure. Car was delivered to me quickly and with no problems. I reached out, they replied but didn’t seem to need my business. I’m out of state and was able to come to Utah to get the truck. I just couldn’t make it to Orem ( was in SLC with a group of high school st business. I’m out of state and was able to come to Utah to get the truck. I offered a few ways to make it deal work and to meet them, the salesman just said he was unsure what he could do and stopped replying. I was ready to spend $45K at their dealership, now I’m looking for my truck somewhere else since I won’t be in Utah for months. Super bummed, that was the exact truck with all my colors and options. I’m a business man, weird they wouldn’t work with me. Dealers in Wyoming deliver all over the Western US. I’ll keep looking. More
