I inquired on a Sunday via email. I did not receive a call or email at all. I text the provided number asking if the vehicle was available and received a response that it was. I asked a follow up about inspection report and never received a reply. I then called after work and asked about the inspection report again. The salesperson told me he’d send it right over. I never received it either. I guess they’re too busy or lazy. Not sure what’s so difficult about sending over a report. It shouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get a simple answer. Would not recommend this dealership at all. More

Tried to get Misha to answer questions and send close -up pics of flaws and defects inside and out. She totally ghosted me! Six days later I asked if she forgot me. The 7th day, she sent 1 photo. I asked if they used a certain transporter to ship to TX. Her answer was just "yes". But she gave me no names or phone numbers! Zero care about me, the customer!!! More
