A great, long distance car buying experience I had been looking on line for a special car when I came across a beautiful, low mileage, Porsche Cayman being sold at iCars Chicago. After reaching out by email I was promptly contacted by Zee who answered all my questions with the highest level of patience and professionalism. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Jason who had the vehicle ready for an inspection as per my request. The car was perfect and exactly as it had been represented to me prior to my traveling four hours to iCars. The transaction was seamless as all the paperwork had been carefully laid out by Zee in advance of my arrival and there were no surprises. Great Quality Vehicles, Fairly Priced, Trustworthy Dealer! I stopped in to look around and wound up making a purchase on a used Mercedes. I found this dealer to be trustworthy and reputable. Even though this I stopped in to look around and wound up making a purchase on a used Mercedes. I found this dealer to be trustworthy and reputable. Even though this was a used car purchase, they repaired a couple of minor issues that were agreed to and also accommodated me on another request to fix a problematic glove box latch. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit (either online or in person) and check out what they have to offer. On a sidenote, all of their vehicles come with a paint protection treatment. While I am not usually a fan of these type of "add-ons", I can honestly say that the $200 or so investment in the paint protection is well worth it. All of their cars shine better than when they rolled off the new car line. This includes vehicles that are 10+ years old. Again, highly recommended. And, as a loyal customer in general, I will reach out to iCars Chicago for any future vehicle acquisitions. Hats off to Jason and Barry. Job well done. Thank you for taking care of a new customer. Worked with Zoran on inspecting and test driving the car. Also has my own mechanic check it over. Entire process from beginning to end was great and Zoran was easy to work with. After picking up the car, computer code read service Stabilitrak when traveling over 75 MPH. Brought the car back and it was fixed within a day at no charge. I would (and have) recommend these guys to others if you are looking for a high end quality used car. More

Better then I expected I was looking all over eBay for a Hummer H2 when I came across this 2004 with 64 k miles and then I did the eBay car xx and it looked great. I called Jason he FaceTimed with me and went over the whole vehicle so we made a deal. Then he called me and explained the car fax showed a minor accident which the report I purchased didn’t show but he explained in detail how nothing was wrong with the vehicle except a exhaust tick and everything was super clean and I continued the purchase within 4 short days it was delivered to my door here in New Hampshire from his dealer in Chicago. I must say it was nicer then I expected and drives awesome. Way to do business Jason and I will be recommending you to everyone. Thanks Patrick More
