Due to th I am a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran who was hoping to check off another box on my bucket list by purchasing a low mileage Jaguar convertible. Due to the current Covid situation and my health, I would have to transact all the details remotely. Over the past few months, I found several vehicles that caught my attention and sparked my interest but after reading the dealer reviews, I decided to pass since I wouldn’t actually be able see the car in person and “kick the tires”. About a month ago, I found a car that that checked all the boxes and after reading the all the positive reviews of the dealer – ICars of Skokie (outside of Chicago), I decide to inquire. I was cautiously optimistic since I had never purchased a vehicle remotely before. Many of my friends, advised me against it. My initial inquiry was answered promptly by Barry the General Manager. He was friendly, professional (not pushy) and answered all my questions. He assured me that the car was as described and that they prided themselves on great customer service as their reviews demonstrated. My next contact was with a fellow by the name of Zoran who is the Internet Manager. He and I had several conversations concerning the condition of the car – although the many pictures posted on the website were excellent, I still had questions. Z, as he is call was VERY thorough, providing me with a great many additional pictures as well as video detailing answers to all my questions. After that, we discussed price (I had done my homework and knew approximately what the vehicle should cost). In the end, we settled on what I consider to be a fair price for a vehicle in excellent condition and low mileage. Z arranged for shipping and kept me in the loop the entire time as did his shipper. My Jaguar convertible arrived a few days ago and it exceeded my expectations. Now I understand why ICars has so many satisfied customers and why they have excellent reviews. FYI, I am not related to anyone at ICars and I have not be given any incentive to write this review – it is based on my experience and is 100% honest. So, if you are considering the purchase of a high quality well maintained vehicle of your dreams ----- Check out ICars!! Marc More

Found the car i was looking for at the price i wanted to pay. 07 XLR was my dream car...You guys have a great inventory and a really nice showroom, with really cool cars. 08 RS4 Service I brought my 2008 Audi RS4 in for service at iCars....after taking my car to Audi dealer to get some quotes for service I found that Audi was extremel I brought my 2008 Audi RS4 in for service at iCars....after taking my car to Audi dealer to get some quotes for service I found that Audi was extremely overpriced... Afrim in the service department was able to save me more than 40% off Audi's quotes...now thats service. They did my brakes(rotors and pads) and they did my valve cover gaskets. The best part is they warranty their work for 2 years/24,000 Miles parts and labor. Thanks Afrim I really appreciate you being transparent with me More
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. I purchased WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership on 4/9/2020. As this was a purchase si WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership on 4/9/2020. As this was a purchase sight unseen (I am in Florida, they are in Illinois), I asked for any pictures of any imperfections/dents/etc and any interior issues. I received pictures that showed the car in overall good condition, with a few spots that were touched-up. They assured me the car was in great mechanical order, and offered to sell me a third party aftermarket warranty to ease my mind at the tune of $3400+ that they promised would cover any problems. I agreed to purchase the warranty as well. About a week later, I receive the car. Immediately notice there are huge paint chips in obvious areas that was conveniently missed in pictures. Not to mention a piece of the b-pillar (the panels between the windows) is literally hanging off. They offered me $250 to help with respraying the door (clearly would not cover the whole cost of repainting a door). They offered to send me a new pillar to replace the broken one. Fast forward 3 days later. I get a flashing check engine light on, so I bring to my mechanic. He informs the camshaft and lifters are bad, and the cost for repair is in the tune of $5000. I had a 14 day warranty that is enforced by the state of Illinois, so obviously i called icars to have them pay for this. They proceed to tell me my guy is too expensive, and they would only cover xxxx amount. Completely unacceptable, so they then tell me to ship the car back up to them, and they will fix it at their cost. Now about 2 weeks later I get the car back. At this point, I have “owned” the car for over 5 weeks, and have yet to have the car in my possession for longer than 3 days. Not even a week goes by after they did the “repairs” and my Check engine light is back on. This time, I have the car towed to the local Jeep dealership. They tell me the motor is completely shot, codes for cam tensioner timing chain etc etc. In other words, the “work” icars did was complete junk. They told me to call the warranty company, who has denied my $9960 repair because they claim it is a “preexisting issue”. Icars has refused to help in any way. And to add insult to injury, when my car was shipped back up to Illinois for the repairs, I had my baby seat protector, and baby seat base hooked up in the back seat still. Upon receiving the car back, they had removed my baby seat base and put that in the trunk, and the seat protector was missing. When I inquired about this, I was told they dont know where it is, but the $100 they were going to charge me for “warranty work” they will not charge me and that “I can just go buy myself a nice one”. They are absolutely terrible people, and I hope you enjoy the car seat protector you took, Barry. More
