I had never heard of this dealership before, so I went online and read every review I could find on Barry, Afrim and ICars Chicago. I was pleasantly surprised to see every review was positive! I don't think I have EVER found a product( hotel, car, cruise, Ebay,etc) where every review is positive. From my first phone conversation with Barry, I felt as though I was talking to a friend, not a salesman. I explained to Barry that I would have to take it on faith that everything he and his brother Afrim told me about the car was factual and truthful, since I live 1,100 miles away from ICars Chicago, and couldn't travel to their dealership to inspect or test drive the car myself. Well, my 2010 Audi A8L is sitting in my garage and it's everything ICars said it would be. Furthermore, when I asked for compensation for the missing spare tire, Barry apologized for the oversight and didn't hesitate to reimburse me the amount I requested for the Audi factory rim and tire. When I requested a certain shipping company to deliver the car, Barry assisted me with all the logistics and took additional pictures of the car at pre-delivery at my request. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. With that comes the opportunity to deal with many different dealerships. I can say without exception that Barry and his team at icars Chicago, are among the best in the business. I knew that I was in for an exceptional experience when my first inquiry (which by the way I emailed to them on a Saturday night at 9 PM) was answered in less than an hour by the General Manager (Barry), himself! And this was not one of those automated robot answers. Barry gave me specific answers to my questions in great detail with an obvious amount of thought.From there the entire process was so straightforward and pleasant that I wish I could buy another car from Barry today. As with many online or Internet transactions I had to travel quite a way to go see the car in person. When I arrived at the dealership I found the car was exactly as had previously been described to me by Barry, when he conducted a personal inspection of the vehicle with me on the phone. It is very apparent that Barry and his brother Afrim understand the products, the customers, and the business to a level that is unique today. The process of closing the transaction took less than 20 minutes. There was no pressure, no persuasion, no insistence that I purchase anything other than the vehicle. Once the transaction was complete I spent some time walking around their showroom and looking at all the other wonderful automobiles that icars Chicago had to offer. Every one of them was a fine example of what that particular make and model represents. There was no junk and there were no excuses anywhere on the floor. While this may have been my first purchase from Billy and his team , I can assure you it will not be the last. Barry one of the co-owners guided me through the process and it was literally hassle free. No pressure, and I was given a fair price. I searched for the car on the internet, inquired, negotiated price, paid a deposit, and picked up my car since I was out of state. And when I picked up the vehicle it only took about 30 mins. These guys do not meet the stereotype of a auto dealer. They are really there for your needs. I highly recommend. One last thing I want to add, they give all the information of the vehicle up front so if you have any additional questions just ask, these guys don't hide any information at all. More

They went extra mile - great guys Recently I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Barry and Afrim from out of state and I have to say I am very satisfied at their passion to make you happy Recently I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Barry and Afrim from out of state and I have to say I am very satisfied at their passion to make you happy. I feel these guys want to make sure you'll consider them down the road and don't just consider your experience with them as a one time deal (even for me as an out of state buyer). For instance, after I had finished the buying process and it was about time to deliver the car, the guys recommended to me to get a new battery on the vehicle before it was delivered. I agreed, but the repair shop that replaced the battery also triggered some unrelated, unforeseen issue on the vehicle after they added this new battery. At this point I was thinking the problem was going to be mine but Barry and Afrim went the extra mile to make me happy by taking care of the issue and ensuring I had no worries and no cost to me. They put their money where their mouth is and really try hard to make it right for their customers, so I was very impressed. They also took care of any concerns I had, being an out of state buyer. That included them taking care of everything, including taking care of fixing one issue on a part that the repair shop forgot the check when they tried the fix the issue I mentioned above... even after the car was delivered to me out of state! Yup, they took care of the cost to ship the car back to fix the issue and ship it back to me. They took care of everything to get it right. I feel these guys really made every effort they could to make sure the process went smoothly for me and for that I am very grateful of what they did. Next time I need to buy out of state I will remember to look for them and recommend them to anyone I can and hopefully this review can help you decide to give these guys a look because you can do much worse elsewhere.
