After weeks of searching for a used Maxima with low miles I was tired of these deceptive tactics used by countless rude used car salesmen in the area. That all changed when I called iCars Chicago. I actually called for the first time about 40 minutes after they closed on a Friday but Afrim picked up the phone anyway and was there to help. First thing he did was tell me about any flaws the car had (all were very minor), because he wanted to make sure he wasn’t wasting my time if I were to come out and see the car. Right off of the bat I realized these guys have a good work ethic and speak the truth. Next thing I did was look on here to read the review about this place. After seeing they had a nearly perfect 5/5 stars with over 60 reviews I was convinced that this was not possible as I have never seen a product or service online where every review is positive. I spent the next 30 mins reading nearly every review in order to get a better understanding of what made iCars so special. I was so impressed with how iCars does business I decided I was going to show up at their dealership the next morning. The environment there was friendly and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car. There was no hidden costs with the car and I was offered more than a fair value for my trade in. There was no pressure to use their financing or buy an extended warranty from them even though they made sure I was aware they had those services available at my request. These two do business on another level not frequently seen today. These are car guys at heart, not salesmen, and will work around the clock for you returning all calls and texts. In case you can’t tell by now I highly recommend giving iCars Chicago a call if you are interested in anything on their website. That is why I felt from my first call to ICars Chicago, that I was at the right place! ICars Chicago had 55 reviews (some short stories, some lengthy reading and a few essay quality reviews of previous buyer’s experiences and satisfaction from A to Z!!! Barry and the guys at iCars bought the car sight unseen and didn't care that it wasn't smogged in California and had the normal minor blemishes that a car over a decade old has. They didn't haggle or insist that I make any minor repairs that would add to my cost and instead offered me a fair price and promised to make it easy and fast. They followed through with everything they promised. Although I was sad to see my car get loaded up and taken away to live in Chicago, I appreciate the ease and peace of mind they guys at iCars created since this was my first time selling a vehicle to a dealership.
