They def keep their word. The process was fast and easy with no run around. Unlike MotorWerks large dealership in Barrington who a couple months prior took a down payment over the phone just to find out, after driving 3 hours from Madison, WI, when I went to pick up my vehicle they "oops" sold it to someone else. Like who does that?? However, iCars makes you feel like family & has a more exclusive private setting. Not the impersonal "big box" dealerships that could careless. I highly recommend going to iCars before anywhere else you will not be disappointed. This was well worth my 3 hour drive. From now on any future cars I purchase will be from here.
