They Earned All My Future Business iAutohaus has a lot of very nice vehicles, and when I chose one of the least expensive cars in the showroom, they treated me like I was buying a brand iAutohaus has a lot of very nice vehicles, and when I chose one of the least expensive cars in the showroom, they treated me like I was buying a brand new Porsche. Jeremy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered a test drive despite being within minutes of closing and didn't pressure me to make a decision whatsoever. When I decided to purchase the following week, Lisa was fantastic and very personable. I have a great job out of school, but a lack of credit history made me worried about first-time interest rates. Lisa had the financing set up the same day and at an unbelievable rate! There was absolutely zero markup here. Jeremy stuck around through the paperwork, again after closing, just to hand me my keys and make sure I was all set. From my perspective, their business is not about making the most profit per sale; it's about making the best relationship for future sales. She is so fun and personable as well! Wesley taught my daughter every European make in his showroom in the meantime, Nice guy! You are treated as a customer and not just another number on the board. The delivery of the car was first rate. If there was something I didn't like about the car, Wesley was on it right away. These guys want your business and will treat you like they should. The staff knew their inventory and was able to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Their in-house finance department had me approved in a couple of hours. When I picked up my car they went over the car in detail with me, making sure I was aware of all the added options and how to use them. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again! More
