I traded in an Equinox for 2023 Buick Encore almost 2 years ago. After only a year I returned to see if I could trade in the Encore for something larger as it doesn't fit my current needs. I was told that having owed on the Equinox I traded in I would be $10,000 upside down on a trade. My payment would increase from $657/ month to over $800/month. Understanding this it was decided after my Salesperson talked to her General Manager it would be better to continue to pay for another year and then try again. I was assured the monthly payment would be lower than $800. I met with IG BURTONS today to see where I stood and what my payoff would be. I had a 12:30 appointment and upon arriving early I waited until 12:45. At the appointment I'm told that even after making more payments I would now be $15000 upside down and my monthly payment would increase from $657/month to over $1100/month on a trade in. I was lied to after being told to wait a year and return when payment would be less. And then the audacity for General Manager Chris Diaferio to send me a follow up email asking me for my feedback. Also in that email thanked for my interest in The Chevy Silverado . I never asked about or expressed any interest in a Chevy Silverado I will not say my real thought on that but obviously you did an absolute terrible job and I will let everyone know my dissatisfaction with the service I received today and recommended they take their business elsewhere. And Im considering not having my car serviced at IG BURTONS in the future. I will thank my wonderful salesperson Jennifer Dieste for her service though. I would not recommend dealing with this Car Dealer. They will lie to your face.. More

My Buick Enclave experienced a complete shut down while I was driving. The vehicle had to be towed to I.G. Burton in Lewes, DE. Wade had my vehicle repaired and back to me the next day.
