We selected a truck we really liked and thought we'd go so far as to find out what it would cost us. The manager explained what he could give us for our trade-in and why. He told us about rebates. He wasn't the least bit pushy. By the time he was finished, we were ready to walk out the door and hop in a new truck -- regardless of the fact that the dealership was three hours from our home. We might even drive there for service! More
