As I enter the car lot looking at the Buick Lacrosse I noticed that their were no black ones. Ted Florenz from sales came out and asked if I needed help. I told Mr. Florenz the kind of car I was looking for, but didn't tell the color. He let me test drive one of the Lacrosse and I loved it, but not the right color. I asked Mr. Florenz do he have it in black. He said no he didn't have it in that color but I can get one. I was thinking to myself I guess I have to wait a week. I was thinking about going to another Buick dealer, but Mr Florenz said he can get one in a couple of days. Mr. Florenz got on the computer found a black one and it did took a couple of days. I entered the lot and seen this black Lacrosse I said this must be it. Mr Florenz must had seen me on the lot. He came out with the keys and he noticed the big smile on my face. Mr. Florenz showed me how to operate all the buttons on the inside. Mr. Florenz is fantasic. His friendliness and knowledge made my experience quick and easy. I would recommend Mr Florenz to anyone. After going to another dealership and being used and abused, it was a breath of fresh air to come to Buick and be treated like a queen. When shopping for a new car we visited a number of different showrooms. Wilkins Buick-GMC was the last one that we visited after several days of shopping and test driving different vehicles. We found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, being able to answer any questions we asked her. Bruce Catterton, the general manager was very pleasant and helpful. I had first encountered Linda (not knowing her name at this point) when looking at a vehicle in the pouring rain, but I decided to stop at just looking. I had applied for financing via Ally on the computer but was denied due to come credit issues. Danielle encouraged me to come in personally to the dealership because the outcome may be different. I knew what Linda looked like so I went in to the dealership looking for her when I decided that I actually wanted to purchase a vehicle. She was very personable and talked me through everything pertaining to the car. She has since followed up with several resourceful emails. Danielle was wonderful in getting me financing which was suitable to my budget. I really appreciate their hard work and efforts into getting me the vehicle that I wanted. In the future I would definitely return to Wilkins for other purchases and I would also recommend them to my friends. I have had unpleasant experiences when searching for a car and this was by far a different (in a good way) experience. I didn't feel haggled or like I was trying to be taken advantage of. More

a litle worried about leasing as compared to buying. Should have been explained in more detail. Also didn't get blue book value on trade in.
