The picture of the car looked so good online, we were surprised it wasn't a bigger dealership. Mark quickly found the car we were looking for, a 2013 Kia Soul. After a test drive, Mark and Ronnie bent over backwards to take care of every detail of our purchase in a friendly manner. They were not pushy in the least. They answered questions and were friendly and helpful. When I came by to look at it when it arrived, they offered me water, offered me a test drive, told me to drive it as long as I wanted and be sure and check it out very closely because they wanted to know if there were any issues they needed to take care of. They also had the car go through a multi-point inspection and actually repaired a $400 thermostat before I picked it up but after we had made the deal. Everyone at the place were friendly and helpful and they worked with me on the price as well. The experiece leading up to getting my Mini was great...and that little car runs great. I love it!! More
