I've had many since I first was able to sit behind the wheel 45 years ago. I love cars, but dread the 'contact' required to get it home. I saw a car listed on eCarLink that caught my attention and seemed to be just what I was looking for. I sent an e-mail with a general question to the website. I quickly received a response, and Curtis called to answer any questions I may have and discuss what I was looking for. He was professional, courteous, listened to my needs, and made himself available for a showing later in the day. These guys know how to work hard and serve people well. I got a full background on the car I was looking at (pics from every angle) and was excited to see it at the facility, which is anything but a 'car lot'....very convenient and private. Awesome! When I arrived, the BMW 650i was by the hangar just waiting for a 'test drive'. No pressure at all, and I was able to take my time examining without anyone looking over my shoulder. These guys have great confidence in what they offer for purchase. My wife had questions about the car, so Curtis and Tristan patiently responded to each. With the magic of the 'web, and pricing discovery these days.....there are no shenanigans when it came to 'deal time'. I knew what I was willing to pay, and they knew what they needed for a reasonable return on investment. Easy.... we both win. I got a great car and now they'll use that cash to go our and get someone else another great car at a fair price. It is hard to understand why a salesman treat a genuine customer with disregard. When some basic question about the car was asked, he resisited to answer and kept pointing out that this is a good care, tak customer with disregard. When asked to move the car out of hanger so I can see the driver side of the car, he was very reluctant. I had to convince him to move the car for 10 feet so I can see the other side of the car. Overall experience was very negative despite the fact that I liked the car and was going to buy the car, I left the dealership with bad experience. Now, I could have the car and he would have sold the car with the advertised price rather than this. I hope the owner trains these guys a little bit better. More
