I had a trade in this time around (the wife wanted to upgrade to a Land Rover) so I was nervous about how everything will work out. Vinnie went above and beyond to address any of my concerns and questions. He even offered to do a video call to show me the car before I drove in! He asked me for the information for my trade and gave me a very fair price which I was happy with. When I arrived to Tampa, Vinnie went over all of the options in the car to make sure that I knew as much about the car as he did and boy did I learn a few things! We never felt rushed or pressured at any point which is nice for a change. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge about cars the first time around but I’m glad to see that this time around was just as pleasant. Really unpleasant experience. But i blame myself. I saw the car online and was told the car was in perfect condition by Vennie Hamada. So i committed to purchasing. Flew down to pick it up and it was very the car online and was told the car was in perfect condition by Vennie Hamada. So i committed to purchasing. Flew down to pick it up and it was very apparent the car was not in perfect condition. It had clearly been in some kind of accident and was poorly repaired. I wanted to walk away from the deal, but decided i would get the car fixed myself as i had travelled a long way. Vinnie agreed to pay a very small portion of the repairs to make it right. I also found out later the car had a serious electrical issue that prevented the wipers from working correctly. My local Land Rover dealer was really great and eventually found the issue. Some kind of device had been fitted to shut the car down remotely, probably by a leasing company. This had been screwing with the electrics. I will never make this mistake again, and cant believe I actually went through with it. All in all, a very dishonest dealer who i would never recommend to anyone. More

I was told the car was in excellent condition and I found out it needed both motor and transmission mounts for a 2008 Mercedes 550 SL. Also when the car was shipped they shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state! I had to drive 180 miles round trip to pick up my car!!!! The staff is unprofessional and rude! More
