The service experience itself was less than ideal. The associate assigned to me was new and lacked some of the customer service skills necessary for the role. What was scheduled as a one-day service appointment ultimately stretched into seven days. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication throughout the process—calls went unreturned, and the explanations I received were often inconsistent.
