Bought our car several months ago and brought it in for a recall and oil change. Was texted two cell phone numbers to call to check on the status. Neither phone worked. Called the main number and checked on the car. Was told that the car would require two back tires due to wear. Was told that I would receive a phone call with the tire price. That call never came. Was told my car was ready. They had also noted on the inspection that the engine air filter was in Urgent need of repair but this was never mentioned or repaired. The tire price was emailed and even when I asked the price, was just told that they had emailed the information. So now will need to go to another service facility to get the repairs done despite the car being with them all day. Unless there is a recall with Nissan, will not be returning. Pretty disappointed with Safford Brown. Nice place to buy a car - super bad place to maintain the car.

Visited Safford Brown Nissan Sterling and was serviced by Peter Cifizzari. Peter's attention was very professional. At all times he focused on my needs and what my family required. That is why we now have a Nissan Ariya on lease.

Purchased a Nissan Armada through Safford Brown Nissan Sterling. I found the exact model in the color and options that I wanted at a reasonable price. From the test drive, through trade in negotiations on my Nissan Titan, to the finance process, everything went smooth and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. After the purchase the staff always made themselves available to assist me as needed. I would definitely do business with this dealership in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Because I don't trust the dealers, I generally do the work myself. My daughter's vehicle, the dreaded 2013 Altima had to go to this dealer for a CVT transmissions replacement. Of course they charged me $5500 for the job, I was getting ripped but the car was needed, upon delivery I noted after a few weeks that they used a broken dip stick locking mechanism for the transmission. There was a recall for the headlights also, received call that they were ready to do the work. Got the work done, I asked the service manager if the work has been inspected, he assured me it was. I did not check. Two days later I was checking the air on the front tire and noted they assembled the front components incorrectly. These two incidents proved My hunch that this dealer caànnot be trusted. They lie and cheat. Please stay away from this dealer.

We are from Upstate NY and were unsuccessful in finding the vehicle we wanted at the Nissan dealers here. We found the vehicle we wanted on line at Browns Dulles Nissan. My husband spoke to Reyanne Waid who organized what we needed so friendly and attentive to our needs. My husband spoke with Clifford for all the financing questions for an out of state purchase which we have never done before and he had all the answers and was wonderful to work with. We secured the down payment ti hold the vehicle and arranged a flight to Dulles airport. Reyanne arranged for someone to pick us up on our arrival which was awesome. Mazon Helwe was waiting for us at the pick up site as soon as we got off the plane. We had a great discussion on the way to the dealership, very friendly and personable. He helped with the paperwork, test drive, and answering questions about the vehicle. We had hoped to meet Clifford as we spoke to him on the phone, he was off that day. Henry Proano walked us through all our financial paper work and warranty options, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. In no time we were out the door for our drive back to upstate NY and absolutely love our new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Our entire experience we rate a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this dealership.
