Chris worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted with great miles and in great condition. He worked with my busy scedule and the only time I had to visit the dealership was to sign papers and pick up my great miles and in great condition. The Beatrice Ford Dealership was referred to me by a friend. I really liked her car and wanted one like it. I briefly talked to Chris a few months ago and he never forgot about me. He called me on a friend. I really liked her car and wanted one like it. I briefly talked to Chris a few months ago and he never forgot about me. He called me on a regular basis to check if I was ready to commit to a new car or not. He was never pushy just letting me know he was there. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September and Chris respected my decisions why I wasn't ready to test drive cars. However, I was very impressed with the Warriors in Pink campaign that Ford promotes. Chris talked to me about that program and always asked how I was doing during my treatment. I knew I had a very special sales person. When the time came and I was feeling better in my treatment, I test drove a a few of the cars and decided I needed a few days to think about it. By the end of the week I was driving a way in a new car. It was less painful than I thought it would be as Chris was with me each step of the way explaining what we needed to do next. I also liked the support of going through all the gagets like the radio, cruise control and all the newness of the vehichle with Chris. He always reminded me if I needed more support that I could call him any time. I will definetly refer others to the Beatrice Ford Dealership. More
