I received a great vehicle they had picked up on trade they offered me a great price und Really very happy with my buying experience at Beatrice Ford! I received a great vehicle they had picked up on trade they offered me a great price under blue book value there was no need to haggle on price it was right from the start! They even held the vehicle for a few days while i got my loan in order! This was my second time buying used vehicle with Beatrice Ford and when I buy again this will be my first stop and I'm sure it will also be the only place I'll need to go! Thanks Jeff green and Beatrice Ford I will recommend this dealership to anyone was a great experience! More

Very good! Working with Chris was an amazing experience as I was a first time car buyer. They had a great deal on the car I purchased, and only let us look at on Working with Chris was an amazing experience as I was a first time car buyer. They had a great deal on the car I purchased, and only let us look at one's that were in our price range. Since we were out of town, they delivered the car to us and filled up the tank after doing so! We signed the final papers in our town because we were unable to make a time work and they had people lined up for the car so it was going to be gone ASAP. Overall, a great company to work with, and our next car purchase will for sure be through them! More

I had a couple issues with my new truck but they were nothing short of cooperative and exceptionally fast at getting it fixed. I've dealt with a lot of dealers in the past and none of them have ever been as friendly and hard working as these guys. There's just no other place to go in my opinion. Top notch people and A+ service. Keep up the good work guys, your customers do appreciate everything you do. More

Good Overall Experience Our salesman Nate Goodrich did a nice job. Nice kid, polite, honest and knowledgeable! Once the sale was finalized he was very patient in helping us Our salesman Nate Goodrich did a nice job. Nice kid, polite, honest and knowledgeable! Once the sale was finalized he was very patient in helping us understand the technology in our vehicle. He even took the time to set up our Sync with our phones as well as show us many of its features. We traveled about 2 1/2 hours from our home to purchase this vehicle. They were willing to work with us on the oil changes as we would not be driving that far just to have our oil changed in the future. We originally found this vehicle on the internet. We understand that the internet makes the sales market very competitive. As this dealer is close to Lincoln, I am sure that they are in constant competition with dealers in that city. My only hesitation in marking my experience as excellent from top to bottom, was in the overall price, knowing that I drove 2 1/2 hours for this vehicle it seems as if the haggling over $200 at the end of negotiations was not justified. However overall I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone! We were looking for a particular model and in a color that was not very common so driving to Beatrice was warranted, however in the future I am not sure that we would need to drive that far to find a vehicle at the price that we purchased this one at. However if you live in Beatrice or Lincoln you are fortunate to have a dealership like this in your vicinity. More

They found the car we wanted dealt with us very professionally and got our vehicle here in just a few days. They have good features with their dealership policies that were attractive as well. Jeff did a great job on relating the features and how to operate them once we had our car. Set up our cell., as well. They came to our home and put on a stripe that they offered and also come to us to sign a document so we wouldn't have to travel back to Beatrice which is 40 miles away. We are pleased with this dealership and their service and hope to be able to say that in years to come which I believe would be the case. More

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Ford C-max. I am still learning all the bells and whistles of the new car. So far so good. There is much more to learn. I hope I get the great gas mileage. It illuminates into the ditches as I travel to work (watching for deer). Chris Chase was very helpful. I do need to check in with him again with some technology questions. Chris was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the Lincoln brand. He also did a good job of trying to match my needs with what cars were available. The dealership, in general, was very helpful in determining an acceptable price, setting up the financing, and getting the car ready for delivery. I was also impressed with the additional add-ons that the dealership provided for windows, vehicle finish, and tires. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

In the last twelve months I have been involved in the purchase of four new Fords from Beatrice Ford/Lincoln. Two trucks for personal use. One for business and a daughter who bought a new Ford SUV. I am a purchase of four new Fords from Beatrice Ford/Lincoln. Two trucks for personal use. One for business and a daughter who bought a new Ford SUV. I am a high mileage driver and in the last 20 years I have bought many a new vehicle. Never in my life have I had such tremendous care and service from a dealership. These guys are amazing. A week or so ago I took delivery of a 2014 F350. It had a minor issue that needed attention. Right off the bat the staff jumped in.Ray, Chris, Justin and others in the shop took control and did an amazing job finding the problem and got it fixed. While it was in the shop Ray gave us a very cool Lincoln Hybrid car to drive; and when the truck came back it had a full tank and was washed and looking great. Come on....who really has this type of customer service in a world where there is little to brag about. From my experience I can tell you only at Beatrice Ford. I am a big fan of who they are and what they do. Great job everyone! More

Everyone at Beatrice Ford was so nice and helpful and went out of their way to help us. We had known for several weeks that we needed to go new car shopping and had been dreading how painful and exhaust went out of their way to help us. We were looking for a "like new" pickup and found one online at Beatrice Ford. We are from western Kansas, almost 5 hours away from the dealership. But after communicating with Brett about th found one online at Beatrice Ford. We are from western Kansas, almost 5 hours away from the dealership. But after communicating with Brett about the pickup, we were confident enough to make the trip and ultimately come home with our new vehicle! We felt comfortable and at home our entire visit.
