The ONLY reason I did not purchase from Chris is because at the last minute I fell into a once in a lifetime purchase that I could not refuse. Chris knew my situation, knew what I was looking for, knew I had researched on the internet extensively, knew I had it narrowed down to an auto at Beatrice Ford and another dealer in Lincoln, and was STILL polite, helpful, gave me pointers on what to ask at the other dealership, and even said to call him if the other dealership refused to do a CARFAX for me, and he would run it for me. Have you ever even fathomed that?! (I did not end up purchasing at the dealership in Lincoln either--at the last minute a deal was presented to me elsewhere--a deal that you just don't find). Even though this purchase was not made at Beatrice Ford, they will be the absolute first place I look for future purchases. I called to tell Chris that I would not be there that morning due to the last minute deal, and he was STILL as polite then as he was the first time I spoke with him. Beatrice Ford has amazing "service after the sale"--I would say before, during, after--always! They are very proud of what they sell--that is obvious by the quality vehicles that they sell, and the warranties/services they provide. Call them---you will NOT regret it! More

More than once we were asked "is there anything else I can help you with" or "do you have any more questions for me". This was also the first time in the last 33 years of buying vehicles that we left with a full tank of gas! The one thing that really stuck in my mind was when we were leaving, Jeff said to us "now my job really starts, if you have any problems or concerns what so ever, give me a call. I am here to help you." I have a feeling that we will be dealing with them again & will most certainly recommend them to our friends & family. Thanks for a great experience!!!! More

Simply Amazing! Went to Beatrice Ford to look at and simply test drive an Edge quickly after work, little did I know that I would be in my very own Ford Edge a few da Went to Beatrice Ford to look at and simply test drive an Edge quickly after work, little did I know that I would be in my very own Ford Edge a few days later. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt completely at ease. No PRESSURE!!! My Salesman, Brett Neverve, was amazing! He had answers to all my questions and then some. I really wanted my whole family to test the car, but we were having scheduling issues getting everyone together at the same time. Brett then suggested that I take one home for an overnight test drive. That meant the world to me! In doing the overnight test drive, my very busy husband got to check out what he wanted to, and our daughter felt like she was part of the whole process too. I will have to say that, Brett, went above and beyond his job. I was able to text him with silly questions and he always responded quickly. Not to mention the complete run through of all the buttons and features it had. They explained things in a manner that made it not overwhelming and I got more excited about owning an Edge. Not to mention the amazing warranties that came with my purchase. Definitely brings peace to my mind. That in my book showed me that they really wanted me to fully enjoy what the car could do so that I could take full advantage of it! I can not say how much this whole process meant to me!
