Great Customere service after the sale!! About 6 months back we purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Beatrice Ford. While although we were somewhat hesitant purchasing a car so far from home (K About 6 months back we purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Beatrice Ford. While although we were somewhat hesitant purchasing a car so far from home (Kearney Nebraska) we had a pleasant experience and felt that we got a decent deal. However it has been the service after the sale that would keep me coming back to purchase our next vehicles. As an example, recently our windshield cracked, and while although it was under extended warranty I was concerned that I would have to drive back to Beatrice to get the work done. When I reached the service department not only did the service manager work through suggestions on how to remedy this, he was polite and worked quickly. When all was said and done I was able to get the work done in Kearney, and did not need to take my check book out of my pocket! Thank you Beatrice Ford! More

I told him what I was looking for in a new truck. He checked out the inventory and found just what I was wanted and in a color I really like. Test drove it. Liked it. But I needed to talk to my family, before making a decision. Never any pressure from Jeff. He always helps me find just what I want. All employees are so friendly. They are there to open the door when you drive up and offer you water or coffee to drink. Thanks Jeff and the rest of the team at Beatrice Ford for the great service. More

Happy Friends I was delighted when my friend finally (after months of trying to deal with another dealer) asked, "Do you suppose your people at Beatrice Ford can he I was delighted when my friend finally (after months of trying to deal with another dealer) asked, "Do you suppose your people at Beatrice Ford can help me? Of course I knew that not only would they help her they would do it in their usual superb way that they've treated me over the years. They didn't let me down...Chris Chase had cars ready for her to drive when we arrived. She drove two...one new and one Certified Used. My friend had a difficult time deciding which one she wanted to try to deal for. As he always has with me...Chris answered all questions and he put absolutely no pressure on her. None of this...you better not wait it might be gone stuff. Once she'd made the decision to buy the Certified Used Taurus the rest was easy. She made an offer which Chris quickly said had been accepted and then she was taken directly to Mack Holtmeyer who got her through all the paper work. Good thing he came to work on his birthday. LOL! While we were there Ray came over and talked to us. I'm really excited about all the new things that he told us are happening...like the new equipment they're getting in for diagnosis and to speed up oil changes. I was surprised when he said that the guys in the service department are practicing doing the oil changes they new way. Guess I shouldn't be surprised...they're a team and teams practice. Right? Was so good to hear Ray say to my friend, "Welcome to the family." More
