SMS buying experience I was called by the Ford Dealership after bringing in my Sable to have keys replaced. The salesman, Chase was good to work with and explained all the deals we would get on the trade-in on a 2014 Taurus. Though we were not really looking to purchase immediately we had been talking about upgrading our car. We received a pretty good deal. Everyone always would like to get cars for a lower price or that the procedures would not take as long as they do. Though our original offer was not accepted, the counter offer was acceptable to both. I've been dealing with Beatrice Ford for 40 years and have always been happy with the service department and sales people. I will buy my next vehicle from them. More

Easy to Buy Here! Every aspect of this Dealership is outstanding! Sales, Service, Parts and Accounting. If your not doing business here, you should be. I just purchased my 4th vehicle recently and the transaction was easy, Brett, Doug and Matt were easy to deal with. Additionally a mechanical issue came up the day after I purchased the vehicle and the service department, Derek and Tubby took care of it no questions asked. The accounting department called me immediately (Charlotte) when my Credit Union check cleared to cut a check back to me for Tax, Title and License. All of my vehicles are serviced here, a Chevy, Buick, and Ford. They do it all and very well. Thank You! More
