Great experience for new purchase Purchased a pre-owned vehicle. I have been searching for a vehicle off and on for a few months never really finding anything I liked. I pulled up Bea Purchased a pre-owned vehicle. I have been searching for a vehicle off and on for a few months never really finding anything I liked. I pulled up Beatrice Ford Lincoln website and found two vehicles that I was interested in. I went to test drive the vehicles, I was greeted by an employee who introduced me to Brian Freitag. While Brian went to get the key to the first vehicle I was greeted by a few other employees who asked if I have been helped. I test drove the first vehicle the whole time I had mixed feelings on how it will fit my family's needs. When we got back to the dealership, Brian introduced me to the other vehicle. We took it for a test drive and in just a few minutes I knew that this was the vehicle for my family. I got the paperwork going for financing that evening. The next morning I got the paperwork finished and signed. Brad took us to our new vehicle where he helped us get quoited with the vehicle's features. It IS EASY to be a car at Beatrice Ford! We have had really great experiences buying our vehicles from Ray Hernandez and his staff at Beatrice Ford in the past. We bought our pre-owned MKX ab We have had really great experiences buying our vehicles from Ray Hernandez and his staff at Beatrice Ford in the past. We bought our pre-owned MKX about 4 years ago. When I realized I was needing to get a new car, I called Mr. Hernandez when I was on vacation in Colorado. I told him which types of vehicles and my price range. Upon our return to Nebraska, we had a voice mail from Mr. Chris Chace inviting us to start looking at a few pre-owned Explorers they had taken in on trade. The staff drove two different vehicles to our house about a 50minute drive from the dealership. We were able to completely examine the cars and drive them for a couple of days. Mr. Chace answered all our questions to our satisfaction. When we came down to pick up our car, Mr. Chace demonstrated all the instrument controls and software.
