( another dealership needed an appointment that was almost 10 days out) I did not need an appointment. They even took me to work, came and got me. Mr. Long in the Service deptartment sold me on the dealership quality custmer service. So I went window shopping for a reasonable used car. I became an empty nester and no longer needed my surburban. It was rough saying goodbye to my Burb... Spencer took us on a ride in a car.. we liked it but I wanted my Surburban. Brian helped me by pointing out the positives. He even said he would find a good family for my Burb ;-) They worked hard on helping me get a car I like and the transition was painless. Brian even brought the paperwork I needed to sign to me. I am very pleased with everyone at Beatrice Ford. It has been a great experience. I am glad my friend told me about the oil change even though I was not driving a Ford.
