Just a new battery! Jeff was fantastic! We drove from Omaha to look at a used certified truck. He had it washed and full tank of gas. We went for a test drive and my hus Jeff was fantastic! Jeff was patient with my husband who gets very stressed out when having to make big purchases. Jeff didn't push hard when my husband wanted to talk to our son before signing. Everyone with whom I dealt, from the owner of the dealership to the service personnel, were first-class people. They were all true to their word from start to finish. I recently called the dealership to have the truck serviced. They picked it up at my house today in Pawnee City, serviced the vehicle, and returned it this afternoon. I had access to a dealership vehicle while my truck was being serviced. The process was flawless. I would highly recommend Beatrice Ford to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and the prospect to be treated fairly. It's an unusual experience in this day and age. More
