Beatrice Ford Lincoln gives great Service We looked at a vehicle at Beatrice Ford and Salesman Spenser Bruntz came out to meet us. Although it wasn't a Ford or Lincoln Product, when we arrived it was completely washed and immaculate both inside & out. Beatrice Ford offers a Great Service Plan & every vehicle, new or used purchased there qualifies for very reasonable oil & filter changes whether it's a Ford Product or not. Every time you get an oil change, they wash the vehicle & vacuum it out for their standard price. That in itself is a great deal! Spenser delivered the car to us and went through all the Accessories, to make sure we knew how to operate this vehicle properly. My plan was to visit a few dealers to physically check out a few of the trucks I narrowed down to. But after visiting Beatrice, meeting Heather, seeing and driving it, I felt I didn't need to look any further. Heather was very helpful and enthusiastic while dealing with my slight indecision and wishy-washuness. The truck had almost everything that I was looking for except a backup camera. Heather suggested that could get one installed at what I thought was a reasonable price, so that was pretty much the final straw that led me to make the decision to purchase. More

We agreed on a price, got the paperwork done and I drove the truck I had purchased home. The next day I had buyers remorse. First time for me and according to Jeff a first time for him too. Jeff said bring the truck back and let's see how we can get me into a vehicle that I really wanted. Long story shortened. I got a fantastic vehicle and I'm extremely happy! Great experience! Quick and friendly! I went in to look at two specific used cars on the lot. After test driving, they weren't really what I was looking for.
