Best Dealership even compared tp the Greater St. Louis area! Every person that I interacted with at Beatrice Ford Lincoln could not have been more helpful, considering I am about 500 miles away in Belleville, IL Every person that I interacted with at Beatrice Ford Lincoln could not have been more helpful, considering I am about 500 miles away in Belleville, IL, just across the river from St. Louis. My first contact was with Jeff Green, first by E-Mail and the next day by phone. He realized that the 2011 Town Car they had just put on the Internet was what I had been looking for for about 8 months and he went to no ends to secure the car to be held for me as we went through the rest of the purchasing actions. At times, when I made further calls, I got to speak with the other people at the Dealership, including the owner, he should be very proud of his business and the people he has working for him - total First Class. Because there was some confusion in documentation on the 2011 Town Car about the passenger Air Bag activation by the weight of the passenger, Jeff and his co-workers ran an in-house test with weights to determine for me the real weight at which the activation occurs - went out of his way! The car and paperwork were ready for me when I drove from Belleville to Beatrice and I got to meet all the Great people involved. I just wish I lived within their 50 mile radius, I would go to no one else! If you live in Beatrice or near by - GO TO BEATRICE FORD LINCOLN!!!!! I have never been so HAPPY! More
