We are sorry for the concerns you are having with your 2017 Explorer. Unfortunately, regardless how much care we take to ensure a vehicles drivability, there will be risk of other failures. We try to minimize the risk by doing the inspections and performing needed repairs. Efforts to get this vehicle ready for sale were repairs of roughly $1700. After you purchased your vehicle you had a few concerns that we fixed at no cost to you, those repairs amounted to over $1500. Unfortunately we cannot for see what might happen months and miles down the road, and are very sorry you are having problems. We did all we could at the time to make your vehicle safe and reliable. Actually you never fixed anything on my vehicle, so you have mistaken me for someone else! We did not have any concerns when we purchased it because we were reassured everything was fine. When it wasnt! We live in texas, so the car was purchased then moved to texas.
