This is the my second experience dealing with Beatrice Ford. Also, this is the second time that I have drove away with a new (used) vehicle. The courtenous, friendliness, professionlism and committment Ford. Also, this is the second time that I have drove away with a new (used) vehicle. The courtenous, friendliness, professionlism and committment are among the first things that come to mind when referring to my recent visit in May. My girlfriend and I had a number (For payments) in mind when we showed up to the dealership, Ray gave us confidence that he would be able to supply us a product that met our payment requirement and satisfaction. A long story short, we were able to get a vehicle that we had in mind and it definitely surpassed our expectations. Also, I feel that Beatrice Ford was not trying to get a sale for the day, but, a customer(s) for the future. Out of all the dealerships I attempted to contact Duston was the only one to call me back and although the car I was inquiring about had been sold the day before he was able to get me into a similar make an was the only one to call me back and although the car I was inquiring about had been sold the day before he was able to get me into a similar make and model at a very reasonable price, I drove away feeling good about my purchase with no regrets. Every time I entered the dealership I was met with smiles and seat offerings everyone was very friendly and down to earth a good bunch. Beatice Ford had a car listed on internet for sale. I had sent an email inquring about the vehicle and Chris Chase called me within a half hour and advised the vehicle was available. After speaking to him on the phone I gave him a deposit to hold the car. He then sent me pictures of the car, the carfax report and all the other info I asked for. I had never purchased a car over the internet, so I was a little skeptical. Needless to say I purchased this car site unseen based on the info and pictures supplied by Chris. Here is where Chris Chase and Beatrice Ford earned the highest rating I can give. After the sale I arranged to have the car picked up by a car carrier and delivered to my home over 1400 miles away. I provided Chris with all the info and he called the minute the car was loaded on the carrier. Well, I received the car, and althought they say pictures are worth 1000 words, thw way Chris described this car was what I was counting on. I was not disappointed it was everything he said it would be and then some! Thanks again Chris you are a true Professional! More
