This is the 2nd time i've been to Zimbrick VW of Madison and i've had great service both times. Based on initial discussions, I was concerned that they weren't going to service my vehicle under the warran and i've had great service both times. Based on initial discussions, I was concerned that they weren't going to service my vehicle under the warranty, but in the end they did. They also gave me a list of other issues that I should consider addressing and washed the car to boot. Rob was very friendly, and I assume he is why the work ended up being covered under the warranty - so big thanks to him. And I recall Casey being the person I worked with the first time, and he was great as well. I normally get my car serviced at a VW shop down the street from my home, but if they ever go out of business, based on my experience to date, i'd definitely consider making Zimbrick the place I go. zimbrick east is friendly and a good communicator. They gouge service customers at every turn. I was quoted 1400 dollars for 2 control arms installed not including allignment.
