Excellent service I brought my frontier in for a check engine light and oil change the service writer said she was sorry but they were busy and couldn’t get to it until I brought my frontier in for a check engine light and oil change the service writer said she was sorry but they were busy and couldn’t get to it until Monday. I was afraid to drive it with it on so she gave me a loner for which I was grateful. The next day they called and let me no they were able to get to it and it was done. They’ve always treated me right I’d recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for getting it done so quickly! More

Ross Schewe, my service advisor, has been great to work with. He accommodates my schedule, is easy to talk to on the phone and responds to e-mails, and explains the work and the charges clearly. I have owned a number of makes of cars over the years and Ross is undoubtedly the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Also, the service itself has been fast and fairly priced. My car always comes back cleaner than when I brought it in, the free wifi works well when I choose to wait there, and the dealership building is clean and modern. All in all, couldn't ask for more! Service department sucks Service department absolutely sucks. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that all Altimas make a grinding sound when they start. Ho Service department absolutely sucks. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that all Altimas make a grinding sound when they start. However I know they don't because I had another Altima for 7 yrs before this one. My car is currently at another dealership under dispute with Nissan after they finally admitted there is a problem. They opened up the engine and replaced the timing chains at @Boucher Nissan of Waukesha over a week ago and they still can't figure out what is causing it .... more to come.... but I'll never take a car to Zimbrick again. More

They provide their customers with the best possible service they can by making their customers feel comfortable but also by giving them the best possible pricing deals they can. My last experience with them this week was no different. Chris was great to work with and the other two representatives Ross and Kyle did a fantastic job in creating a friendly environment. All of the service representatives at Nissan go above and beyond to create a great overall customer experience. They are fast, friendly, and efficient and I would highly recommend them as well as continue to use them for future services. More
