Complete and efficient service experience! The oil change was handled properly and the mechanic discovered a badly need battery cable which could have been a future problem with any cold weathe The oil change was handled properly and the mechanic discovered a badly need battery cable which could have been a future problem with any cold weather. Wasn't an upsell only a needed repair to avoid a potential future failure. The waiting room was clean with refreshments. Beware of those customers that decide to fill their pockets with every possible thing that they decide is free. Observed a customer take at least 12 waters, all the energy bars, and a fist full of Zimbrick pens. SAD! More

Timely, Thorough and Friendly I needed new tires on my Nissan Altima. I purchased my car from the Zimbrick Nissan and they have done all my service. I have been driving back and I needed new tires on my Nissan Altima. I purchased my car from the Zimbrick Nissan and they have done all my service. I have been driving back and forth to the hospital in Madison daily for my husbands cancer treatments and both my front right and back right were bald. It is winter and I was very concerned driving. I called for pricing on tires and also shopped around. I found Discount Tires were $76.00 less expensive. I called and spoke with Connie Howen and after talking with her I decided to purchase my tires from Zimbrick Nissan. She was only able to schedule the tire replacement and alignment a week out because of the Christmas Holiday. The next day Connie Howen called me and said they were able to rearrange the schedule due to a cancellation and she thought of me first and my need! I was able to get me car in the next morning and Connie Howen even made sure the car was washed and vacuumed out! The caring service Connie Howen provided was outstanding and I recommend her and Zimbrick Nissan to anyone. When we are ready for our next vehicle we are definitely coming back! More

Great service experience Had what appeared to be paint peeling off the body. Talked to Dave on the phone and made accommodations to stop in the same day to look at. Connie greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in. Let me know as long as I was there they were going to take care of a quick recall that just popped up and save me another trip. Whole team was courteous and Dave and Connie promptly followed up with me during my short wait in their comfortable waiting room. Thankfully easy fix, but even it wasn't at no point did I ever feel as though the Zimbrick team would not take care of the issue. More
