I was forced to drop my Nissan truck off on a Sunday evening after having a DEF system failure while traveling from UP Michigan to Illinois. I was skeptical about leaving my truck at a dealership I've evening after having a DEF system failure while traveling from UP Michigan to Illinois. I was skeptical about leaving my truck at a dealership I've never done business with and also it being an hour from my home. I filled out the service form, left my keys in the dropbox and crossed my fingers. Being apprehensive about working with a new dealership and needing the repair completed asap, I called first thing Monday morning I spoke with Martin. He was a pleasant individual. Martin wrote the formal service ticket while we were on the phone explaining that the tech would assess the issue and a return call would be placed to me with an exact diagnosis and course of action for repair. Early afternoon I received a call back from Martin stating they confirmed an issue with the DEF system and the issue is covered under warranty. The parts needed were in Chicago, they would be in Madison Tuesday morning and my truck would be repaired Tuesday and available for pick up at end of day. I received a call from Martin informing me the repair was complete and while a full inspection was being completed, the tech located a nail in my front tire and asked if I would like a repair done on the tire for a minimal cost. I appreciated the completion call and asking about the tire repair. I wasn't able to pick my truck up until first thing Wednesday morning and much to my surprise they washed my truck as well, which was a pleasant addition to the overall great experience I received from Zimbrick Nissan. More

My experience was not the best. I brought my car in at 8:30 am and needed an oil change and a balance with my tires. Martin called at 10:30 to have the service and price okay by me. I did and he said he would call when my car was ready. After not getting a call I decided to call at 3:30pm. He said it would be ready in an hour. I went to the dealership an hour later to find out that Martin had not given the tech the ok and the tech had already left for the weekend. I understand that days get hectic and didn’t have a problem with this. He apologized and owned up to his mistake. The oil was changed and he was going to make an appointment for the following week. My concern was that Martin looked all over for where the tech left my car keys and couldn’t find them. He gave me a rental for the weekend. Martin called me on Monday to let me know my keys were found. I asked where they were and he said the tech was working on another car and threw them on the seat of that car. I was seriously upset knowing that this tech’s disregard of my keys. Someone could have picked up that car with my keys in it and drove it off. This tech was clearly unprofessional. Sandi Snyder More

Martin was amazing to work with, he was so nice, and did a great job explaining to me what was wrong with my car. In fact, when he found out my insurance wasn't going to pay for the difference between. Their estimate and Zimbrick's he sent above and beyond to find a rebate to help me cover the cost. This interaction confirmed my decision to always get my car serviced at Zimbrick Nissan! More
