I brought my vehicle in for warranty work. With the help of your service manager we timed my arrival and inspection on Wednesday so they could order parts for Thursday’s Nissan delivery. They did not order the part because you also wanted me to have a brake job, which I didn’t need, and buy new tires, which I don’t need. The part came in Saturday but you were not open. Your website says you are. They put the new part in on Monday and I picked the car up Tuesday because I live 1 1/2 hours out of town. Poor communication, poor execution, I will not be back. There are other Nissan dealers I can go to. Do not blame Adam for my bad experience. He was courteous. He’s was just doing what he’s told to do and that’s to up sell everything he can. It’s just that the main reason I was there didn’t get the attention it needed. More

Caring, Clean, Considerate Service This is my second or third visit for service on my 2013 Frontier and though this is not meant to be inconsiderate by any means, I've been a Zimbrick V This is my second or third visit for service on my 2013 Frontier and though this is not meant to be inconsiderate by any means, I've been a Zimbrick VW East customer for twenty plus years and they are the standard by which I measure and Zimbrick Nissan East meets the standard of service. Service consisted of an oil change, spark plug change and investigation and repair of an annoying rattling when parked with the engine running. Thanks Mr. Adam Gordee! More
Really good service, quick and friendly, and great with keeping in touch. My only negative (reason for a 4 instead of a 5) is that they did the oil change and tire rotation and THEN called me to tell me keeping in touch. My only negative (reason for a 4 instead of a 5) is that they did the oil change and tire rotation and THEN called me to tell me they recommended 4 new tires, so we had to pay for the rotation of old tires and then for the 4 new tires and alignment. It was only $25 or so of an $1,150 bill, but it seemed a bit shady. :-( Personnel and service itself was amazing! Only issue was that one policy. More
