Great service- the people that work there are very helpful. The service was taken care of as expected. Great customer service; concerned about safety amid covid-19 As always, Zimbrick's customer service is awesome. Working with Connie was great + she kept me updated on the progress of my service. I've been coming to Zimbrick for service ever since I purchased my car in 2013. I have never had a bad experience. I am relocating to a new state, so I won't be returning. However, I would like to recommend Zimbrick, but at this current moment, I cannot unless those working inside wear masks. Given the global pandemic, everyone inside should be wearing a mask. I appreciated the sanitation of touchpoints on the car, disposal pencils to sign forms, etc., but masks are far more important than sanitizing surfaces at this point. This isn't a political issue. It really is about life or death and I hope that Zimbrick will reconsider mask-wearing. More

So... Loaner vehicle DIRTY after told was clean... employees “short” when talking. “Sorry its not perfect. It’s been out 4x today.”brakes not fixed... when obviously noticeable. I haven’t called back re issue, loud brakes! Clerk VERY short when I asked for diff loaner. I was questioned why I needed new tires. Ended up that my tires were VERY worn on inside of tire and I NEEDED new ones. My car stalled after leaving service, AFTER work done. est amt $900 actual $1458! Not professional at all! More
