The tires and price was good. The presentation of a quote for maintenance when paying the bill was offensive to me, at no point was I asked about the maintenance that had been don The presentation of a quote for maintenance when paying the bill was offensive to me, at no point was I asked about the maintenance that had been done to my truck and what I’d consider having done. The prices on this quotation were not broken out per individual service,….. simply a $1,200+ price. It’s a poor assumption that customers don’t properly maintain their vehicles. Being lazy and just pulling numbers from a spreadsheet is just not acceptable to individuals that know and work on their vehicles. More
