They are kind and polite. Unfortunately they didn't fix the noise my trunk is making. This is the third time I've brought it in to them for the same reason. Not happy they didn't fix it again. They realized no one checked the pressure in them 2 weeks ago when I brought it in for an oil change. More

Everything worked out well except I’m still waiting for my $250 coupon to use for maintenance and service. Bought the car last October and was promised the coupon would arrive in a couple weeks and still h my $250 coupon to use for maintenance and service. It takes an absurd amount of time to get an oil change. The staff is super nice but 2 hours for an oil change both times I have had one done means I won’t be back :-( The staff is super nice but 2 hours for an oil change both times I have had one done means I won’t be back :-( More
