While I purchased my car from a different dealership, I took it to Zimbrick Eastside Hyundai when the engine unexpectedly died at 95,000 miles. Steve wendlandt was my service advisor from start to finish and I can honestly say how great it was to work with him. It could have been a horribly stressful and costly outcome for me, but right from the start Steve explained the process, contacted Hyundai, and ordered a new engine a week earlier than I expected! The car was then complete a week earlier as well. He was so personable and knowledgeable about my car’s issues, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Many praises to him and the rest of the staff I interacted with. They were all wonderful. I will definitely be going back there for all my service needs! More
