I turned my car in to have the Drivers side door lock fixed and my cruise control that was listed as inspected and working but did not, I didn't notice that lock not working during the test drive so it w fixed and my cruise control that was listed as inspected and working but did not, I didn't notice that lock not working during the test drive so it was sold to me where the lock will not close with power locks when the door itself is open, so I must use a key to manually lock the door after I exit or the drivers side door remains unlocked. Can't even push it down with my hand, it resists. Spent two days, waiting around for calls. Had to call the dealer myself 3 times to check up on what was happening because no one told me how long it would be even with a guess, leaving me waiting at a friends house stuck two hours from home. Would have been 3 days. They didn't fix the door. Or the cruise control. More

I had a crisis on my hands, in town for a family wedding, running on a tight schedule and I had a Radiator Hose spring a leak and the van over heated. Jason was great! I brought in my Chevy Equinox in as a walk in to look at my tire sensor on one of my tires. He quickly took my car in an readjusted the sensors and also removed a nail..all for free! The people I have listed have been vfery good to me and my wife. Krisha was the dealer we had when buying our new 2009 Tahoe. She was very pleasent to work with. Every time I come in for service of any kind, I have delt with Bill or Tim. They are very nice to deal with. They always answer my question to my full satisfaction. If they do not know the answer they are very quick at finding the answer and getting back to me. These are the people I deal with the most. There are others that we have delt with that may not be on the list. One that I know of is Sue. She stayed late with us just to get paper work done so we can take our car earlier than we was told we could get it. I feel Stark as a whole has been very good to us. when there the dealer and service workers remember our names and come over to greet us if they see us there.
