Express / oil change. First off al, it was my 1st time there. All my questions were answered. Everyone was helpful, kind, and attentive. Re-fixing a problem and lots more money I had my truck in to fix a draining battery issue. They said they had it fixed for $1700. A few months later, the same issue happened and this time I had my truck in to fix a draining battery issue. They said they had it fixed for $1700. A few months later, the same issue happened and this time it was $4300 and then they said I needed a new starter, ehich I do not disagree with, but they also said I needed a nee left rear lock assembly, because a warning came on. $500. I picked up my truck and they told me the same warning was happening....ummm....no refund was offered. Someone lost my keys, too. They said I would have to pay for a new one. After arguing and calling a friend at Zimbrick Chevy, they gave me a new key. Stress is the main issue, since they feel money grows on trees. More

Quick in and out We had a flat tire and put the baby spare on and headed to the nearest dealership which turned out to be Zimbrich. We are from Florida so didn’t know these people at all. They got us in quickly, fixed our tire, washed the car, and got us out at a very reasonable cost. Definitely would recommend this dealership. More
