VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY Recently I went to Zimbrick Buick/ GMC to have my rear brakes replaced. An honest mistake was made & the front brakes were replaced. Upon noticing t Recently I went to Zimbrick Buick/ GMC to have my rear brakes replaced. An honest mistake was made & the front brakes were replaced. Upon noticing the problem on my work order, I called Jeff Fountain who then checked with the mechanic. Yes an honest mistake was made. Jeff told me to come back the next day & they would replace the rear brakes at no cost. They took care of the problem at no cost to me. I have been having my vehicle serviced at Zimbrick for a few years & have ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. The facility is always clean & pleasant to wait while service is performed.
