The Service department told me to find a different dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sells the first vehicle and Service sells the second. I bought my preowned 2012 Buick Enclave from a GM dealership in Baraboo. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I drove an hour to take my car to Zimbrick Buick Eastside. Jeff, the service writer went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. What I'm impressed with was that he sent a recognition to ride a short distance to see me ongoing problems. As always my needs were taken care of on my vehicle. Jeff was very prompt and keep me up to date on what was needed and I had extended warranty and Jeff checked on it and it ran out in February 2020. Completing routine service on my truck. I arrived at my scheduled time and did not have to wait. The Service Tech (Amy Dillman) was immediacy there to greet me. When the device was complete, Amy walked me through the status of my brakes, tires and the rest of the report. My Tuck was cleaned beautifully during the appointment at no charge. The apps could not have went smoother. I am very satisfied. More

My recent experience at Zimbrick East was excellent! I had my truck at another dealership for warranty work and they could not fix the issue. I took the service manager at Zimbrick for a test ride so he had my truck at another dealership for warranty work and they could not fix the issue. I took the service manager at Zimbrick for a test ride so he could hear the noise that could not be fixed by the other dealership. He said he had dealt with this before and knew exactly what the problem was. My truck was ready to go as promised and have not had any issues with the repair. The rental vehicle they provided was new and clean. Great experience and will use them again. More
I do not recommend paid 450.00 all for diagnosis. Was quoted 170.00 less. To expensive and took 5 hours just to get a call on what repairs were needed.
