We have dealt with this dealer over the last 14 years. We bought our 97 CL and our 05 TL here and have had all our service done by them. They have been great and are the reason our next car will be an Acura. bought our 97 CL and our 05 TL here and have had all our service done by them. They have been great and are the reason our next car will be an Acura. They go out of their way to accommodate us with timely appointments and a loaner. All the service has been well done. Our daughter is still driving the CL with 250,000 miles and is still in good shape thanks to the service it received at Zimbrick as well as the quality of Acura. We generally deal with Dan (the older one) and he is very nice to deal with More
We own a 08 Acura TL and have taken the car back to Zimbrick for oil changes and warranty service. The last time we took the car in for an oil change we also wanted them to fix a rattle in the sunroof Zimbrick for oil changes and warranty service. The last time we took the car in for an oil change we also wanted them to fix a rattle in the sunroof and check out the side mirrors because they would get caught while automatically moving and just click. Dan, the service advisor (younger Dan - there are two Dan's working there), told us he would need the car all day to check out these problems. My husband took the car in and came back in a couple of hours (an agreed upon time). They still weren't done with the car so my husband took a walk. About 20 minutes later hubby was back in the waiting room and Dan came up to him saying that he was looking all over for him. Dan proceeded to tell hubby that he needed to keep our car over the weekend as they needed to order a part for the rattle in the sunroof. Hubby responded that they couldn't have the car over the weekend as we live 40 miles away and need it ourselves. Dan said that they have the call "all apart" and to put it back together would take about 90 minutes and that he would have to close the service ticket. Hubby said that he would wait. Dan went back into the garage area. Hubby went for a walk and walked around the back of the dealership so he could look into the garage area. Hubby found our car in the garage, but didn't see any mechanics around it. He couldn't see the entire car so he positioned himself so he could see the front half of the car and no mechanics were working on it. Hubby then took it upon himself to walk up to our car and look inside. The car was completely together. There were no parts on the floor, seat, bench etc. The car was not apart like Dan had described. Hubby walked up to Dan and asked him what was apart on our car that prevented him from driving it home. Basically the service advisor lied to my husband. What was the reason for this lie? I would not recommened anyone using this dealership to purchase or to have their car serviced. More
Purchased a used Acura MDX and the salesperson was excellent he explained all of the features and what the differences were between MDX models. He gave me a tour of the service department and all of excellent he explained all of the features and what the differences were between MDX models. He gave me a tour of the service department and all of the service staff were very helpful. I was able to negotiate a very fair price for the vehicle. The sales staff went out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the vehicle. More
I have a 08 TSX and my two center vents are blowing out air of different temperature. For example I put it at 61F in winter or 70F in summer, I can feel one side is definitely warmer than the other side by air of different temperature. For example I put it at 61F in winter or 70F in summer, I can feel one side is definitely warmer than the other side by my hand (the DUAL mode and Auto mode are off). It doesn't bother me in winter. But in summer one side is cool and one side is warm....is just annoying I drop off the car at this dealer in the morning and after they checked they say it's due to "distance to the heater", So that's why there is a difference in temperature. I thought it is bullshxt and I went to another Acura dealer which is an hour away at the next weekend. They measure it and it shows there is 10F difference between the two vents. So they evacuate and recharge the AC system. The problem is gone. I went back to this dealer to get the last service refund and the service manager was very rude and unwilling to apologize. Don't even go to this dealer even you are under warranty! More
