Everyone at this Dealership was was very professional including finance.He helped me with shipping to Florida and followed up until the car was in my hand at 8:00 at night. I wasn't keen about buying a car from so far away, but Isaac and R I live in Buffalo NY, and I found my dream car (Porsche Boxster) at Zigler Motors. I wasn't keen about buying a car from so far away, but Isaac and Reza made the experience a pure joy. They were very quick to answer all of my many questions via phone, text, and email. They welcomed my 3rd party "Lemon Squad" inspection, and when I finally flew down to see the car the in person, they even drove me back and forth to/from the airport... in a beautiful Jaguar! They also did a great job getting the car shipped to Buffalo for me, on a car hauler. They ship a lot of cars, so they are very experienced when it comes to catering to an out-of-state buyer. These guys are top notch, and their inventory of vehicles is like walking through a car show. They were very reasonable when it came to negotiating the overall deal, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from beginning to end. More

My boyfriend went today to see and drive the 2011 lotus evora in order to compare it with the 2015 BMW i8 and 2018 Lexus lc500. He liked the lotus and asked to drive it so he can confirm how it will stack up to the other two cars and was denied. The salesman confirmed with the manager my boyfriend couldn't drive it and should instead go look at the other two vehicles on his list. My boyfriend called them out for prejudging him and being unaccomadting to what he felt was a very normal request to drive a car before making a purchase. They lost a sale today because of this. Just a word of warning to all that might not fit this dealer's preconceived notions of what a lotus purchaser looks like. More

Car not as described 2012 BMW 135i bought 1/8/2019 from Zigler Motors, Addison, TX. I specifically asked the sales person, Harrison (but on the sales work as Reza Ranjba 2012 BMW 135i bought 1/8/2019 from Zigler Motors, Addison, TX. I specifically asked the sales person, Harrison (but on the sales work as Reza Ranjbarian) what condition the tires were in and if there was any damage to the car not seen in the photos on the Ebay sale listing. He told me the tires were about 60% worn and that there was no other damage. When I got the car which was shipped to me here in California. I found the drivers side view mirror was badly chipped and broken and the tires were almost bald. Also there was only one remote key which are very expensive. I contacted Harrison several times over the next month and he admitted the problems and said there would be some restitution, but he never followed through with it. The tires are very expensive and I ended up getting new tires and had the mirror repaired. Sales was friendly and delivery was prompt other wise and the car is in very good condition otherwise. More
