Ziems Ford Corners

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone! More

He told my wife and I that he had about 40 years of sales experience selling vehicles and a large number of those years was selling Jeeps. He made the buying experience a stress free pleasure.
