Great no pressure sales staff! My first visit I was helped by Tim Stock who invited me to test drive two different used vehicles . Good follow up calls after my initial visit and friendly information on the next two visits with various sales team and other staff made for a good feel of the dealership! After I saw my dream van in person and decided to purchase it I was introduced to department members and given a tour by Tim Stock who is probably the nicest and lowest pressure sales person I've ever encountered! Courtney, a communicator for apt setups was eager to help too and also very personable! She called me immediately when the van I saw on their web site listed as IN TRANSIT was coming off the transport a week later. Nicholas Stock worked with me to utilize the best angles for my purchase of the vehicle I was hoping to find in the first place. It had been in transit but landed at Zellers where it had been eagerly expected by the sales team and ME! More

Great experience! Car buying is probably pretty high up on my list of things I really hate to do, but, with that said, this was probably the smoothest experience I have Car buying is probably pretty high up on my list of things I really hate to do, but, with that said, this was probably the smoothest experience I have had. Not only was everyone helpful they were also accommodating with the 4 children I had with me. The financing process went as smooth as possible with “okay” credit and it being a Saturday afternoon with the majority of lenders unavailable. They got me a great monthly payment with a lower than I’ve ever had interest rate. I traded in a car as well, which was also a relatively painless process. Overall very good experience, I will definitely recommend them to others! More
