Bad customer service. Incompetent. Not trustworthy. VERY misleading. Made a deposit on a car via credit card over the phone; then we drove almost 4 hours to buy the car and come to find out it was a VERY misleading. Made a deposit on a car via credit card over the phone; then we drove almost 4 hours to buy the car and come to find out it was a stick shift when they told us over the phone it was an automatic and their website stated was automatic. THEN they refused to give us our deposit back. When pressured, they did finally refund the deposit but we were told "we don't like to give back deposits". Also told us the car would be thoroughly cleaned when it was filthy & hadn't been washed in weeks. Sales associate stated, "the detail department decided not to show up today" WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! More

Callie was great, got us financed fairly quickly and without a down payment. Not much explanation about tax liability from out of state purchaser. Not a lot of interaction with anyone else at the deal without a down payment. Not much explanation about tax liability from out of state purchaser. Not a lot of interaction with anyone else at the dealership. No haggling of price. Only one key, and we had to drive back 45 min a few days later to get a key fob made. I just feel that that should have already been done prior to sale and vehicles should come with 2 keys and fobs, or atleast the 3 cars that I have purchased did. Traded in our car, it was listed an hour later in the same place it was parked after test drive, not inspected like they said it would be, which is why they only gave me 1500 for the trade as per their explanation. Makes me wonder about the inspection done on the used vehichle we purchased especially since it's a family vehicle, transporting our young children. If you need a vehicle in a pinch, this is the place with speed getting you financing. More

Pleasant experience Josh explained about my 2007 Sebring needing a tuneup & what that entailed. It was long overdue as I was over 120,000 miles on it so now it seems to Josh explained about my 2007 Sebring needing a tuneup & what that entailed. It was long overdue as I was over 120,000 miles on it so now it seems to have better acceleration. Although at slow speeds the car is surging in power noticeably.
