So far I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase. However, I wasn’t pleased with the cleaning of the car (cereal under seats, smelled unpleasant, and had liquid spill splatter on the dash). I know Devin is new wasn’t pleased with the cleaning of the car (cereal under seats, smelled unpleasant, and had liquid spill splatter on the dash). I know Devin is new and needs practice but he was not good at conversating or explaining the process of things. All the other staff I encountered were friendly. Devin was nice but really needs practice and basic customer service training. He also did not seem knowledgeable on the specific car being sold. More

I was between a rock and hard spot--halfway from my hometown (also with a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership) and the dealer where I purchased the vehicle-- when I found trouble with the car starting. hometown (also with a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership) and the dealer where I purchased the vehicle-- when I found trouble with the car starting. So, instead of going home, I drove to the dealership I trust. This was an unplanned appointment, and very professionally and expediently the issue was solved. Other maintenance to the vehicle was also completed while I was there so that another scheduled appointment would not be necessary. This is the third Jeep that has been purchased from Zeller's, and they keep me running. Thank you, you are appreciated. More

Lobby was not very welcoming and not very professionally run with music playing very loud. I was definitely ready to get out of there by the time the paperwork was signed.
